The Mill is an award winning visual effects company, and a leading innovator in the industry. They have released Mill Colour, a unique photo grading (free) app . Mill Colour emulates primary grading techniques used in high end digital suites. You can alter the image via Lift, Gamma, Gain, and Saturation, and or also you can pick some basic Looks. This app combined with the Photoshop (also free) app, will let you pretty much do everything you wanted to do to a picture. Use Mill Colour to grade your pic, and Photoshop to to crop, rotate, flip, and add filters.
