Nocturne – A short shot on a Canon 1D Mkiv
Full 1080p streaming version plus option to download the quicktime
“I’m a beast in the night”
A recent lyric on a pretty recent album i’ve been bumping lately. And that pretty much sums up the Canon 1D mkiv.
Nocturne was shot in available light, no additional lighting was used! (only a silver reflector was used in one shot of the young girl)
So the main specs on the 1D mkiv are as follows: 24p, a 1.3 crop factor sensor, 10 fps for stills, a new AF system, 60 fps at 720p, and of course 1080p video.
Unfortunately, it’s not full frame but i have a feeling that a 1Ds mkiv, whenever that comes out, will be full frame.
